Muse Glimmer

Not used in this version. The compose file carries an openweight profile that starts a local server for an open-weight model (./dev up --with-glimmer, port GLIMMER_PORT), so the path is there to try; no feature of the service calls it, and no photo is checked locally before it is sent. The job it was considered for, a usability check of a photo on the machine before anything leaves it, and an offline fallback, is under Next steps.
